This selection of beers includes our most sustainable varieties, those that advocate for circular economy as a philosophy, supporting the fight against food waste, the valorization of waste, or rural depopulation.
- 2 units of Sr Mendrugo Pilsen: Bottle 33cl - Vol. 5 Pilsen made with surplus bread that is discarded daily from establishments in our area. We replace part of the barley with these bread leftovers to create a beer with a much lower water footprint and avoid the waste of all those kilos of bread, resulting in this golden beer with notes of white bread.

Our rural beer highlights this social challenge through this soft and balanced pilsner with subtle fruity flavors and a bitter touch.
- 2 units of Mica Rural - You're missing the field - Toasted: Bottle 33cl - Vol. 5.5 We advocate for the rural through initiatives to support local suppliers, promote local consumption, as well as the employability of people from rural areas. Our rural beer highlights this social challenge through this sweet Amber Ale, reminiscent of caramel. Low bitterness.
- 2 units of Mica Amber Ale Barrel: Bottle 33cl - Vol 6%. We reuse barrels from wineries in the Ribera del Duero to age this transparent Amber Ale beer with aroma of our fresh barley. Taste of toasted wood with caramelized hints.
- 2 units of Mica Mountain IPA: We reuse barrels from wineries in the Ribera del Duero to age this beer with aromas and notes of mountain herbs. It has hints of mango, dried apricots with a certain sweetness that, along with those herbal notes, create a great balance.
