TASTING NOTES:

Appearance: Clean, bright, and crystalline, cherry-colored with pink hues, and medium-high layer.
Nose: Very clean and fragrant, with aniseed aromas and fresh memories of red fruits such as ripe sloe berries and wild strawberries, also notes of underbrush like thyme and a balsamic and citrusy finish.
Palate: Clean and balanced on entry, very fruity and fresh, with a gentle and fruity passage, leaving a velvety finish of anise and sloe berries on the palate, with a very fine and persistent finish.
Best served cold or with two ice cubes.
