In 1860 La Flor de Castilla was born in Ávila, dedicated to the production of Yemas de Santa Teresa. In the 1980s, Julián Gil Navarro joined the company, expanding the product line with Membrillo Santa Teresa. Currently, the company offers a variety of natural products, standing out for their quality and tradition. Since 2012, they export to more than 20 countries and in 2018 they inaugurated new facilities in Ávila.
