Santa Cruz Payment is the estate wine of Viña Sastre, made 100% from Tinta del País grapes from the estate of the same name, which have an average age of 65 years.

It is a limited edition of only 25,000 bottles, very difficult to find, as it practically sells out as soon as it hits the market. A great wine.

Pago de Santa Cruz is made 100% from Tinta del País grapes from a vineyard with an average age of 68 years, located in the town of La Horra, Burgos, on the slopes of the Duero River, at an altitude of 814 meters above sea level. The soils are clay-limestone and the climate is continental. No mineral fertilizers, insecticides or herbicides are used for cultivation.

Vinification by vineyards. Fermentation and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 16 months in American oak barrels.
