Payment of the Capellanes Crianza is an inevitable reference for all those who value that new generation of red wines made with Tempranillo grapes. A generous and luscious wine, with clear notes of wood, that undoubtedly deserves that accepted qualification, as one of the most prestigious Ribera del Duero wines in the market.
Varieties: 100% Tempranillo. Aging: 12 months in barrel, the rest in the cellar. Tasting notes: Sight: It offers a very intense bright cherry color, with cardinal edges. Nose: On the nose, it is very frank, with a good balance between fruit and wood, where vanilla tones blend with well-ripened fruit, black fruits, and forest fruits. Notes of leather and licorice stand out, characteristic of the French Oak assembly with varietal aromas. Palate: The palate is smooth, filling the palate with balanced flavors, and also perceiving fine tannins that will contribute to extending its lifespan, ending with a long and elegant finish and aftertaste. Serving temperature: Uncork and decant one hour before consumption at a temperature of 16º-18ºC.
