Cheese born from the synergies of two cheese factories in Cantabria, made by La Pasiega de Peña Pelada and aged in the natural cave Cerréu de Tresviso of Quesería Javier Campos. The cave gives its name to this cheese that has a bit of the Pasiego and Lebaniego spirit.

Smoked cow cheese with a moldy rind, with an ivory white paste with a buttery and tender texture.
