Vallucas potatoes with garlic from Valderredible are an authentic experience for lovers of traditional flavors.

Made with Valderredible potatoes, grown under Controlled Quality (CC) standards, these chips offer a subtle touch of garlic, combining naturalness and flavor in every bite.

They are fried in high oleic sunflower oil, a beneficial ingredient for the heart, and manually seasoned with sea salt and garlic, allowing for a balanced and unique flavor profile.

This careful preparation ensures a crispy texture and intense flavor, without compromising the authenticity of the product.

PRODUCTION PROCESS

• Ingredient Selection: Valderredible potatoes (controlled variety), high oleic sunflower oil, sea salt, and garlic.
  
• The potatoes we use from September to May are from Valderredible (Cantabria). Outside of this period and when stocks from the valley producers are exhausted, we use potatoes of the same variety and from Spain.
  
• Artisan Frying: Frying at low temperature, maintaining the flavor and quality of the potatoes.
  
• Manual Seasoning: Application of salt and garlic for an authentic and natural flavor.
  
• Packaging: 140 g bags, which preserve freshness and flavor, with a shelf life of 6 months from packaging.
