Famille Perrin makes this Perrin Côtes du Rhône Réserve Blanc, a white wine from the Côtes Du Rhône DO made from a selection of viognier, roussanne and marsanne. Located in the fresh and light soils of Cairanne and Jonquières.
The vineyard is located between the Ouvèze and Aigues rivers. The grapes are harvested early in the morning to benefit from the coolness of the night. After pressing, the juices are cold settled to remove suspended particles. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and lasts for about 15 days, temperatures are regulated at 16 ° C. Subsequently, the wines are racked and aged in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
A white wine with the striking mineral touch provided by the alluvial soils of calcareous origin that gave birth to it.
Pale yellow colour with bright greenish reflections.
Subtle nose with aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle and sage.
Round, smooth and beautifully mineral on the palate. Fresh finish with a slightly bitter touch.
