Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao is a liqueur elaborated in collaboration with the cocktail historian David Wondrich and based on a recipe OF the nineteenth century, this is a traditional triple dry of France-three different distillations of spices and the "SEC" or bitterness, Curaçao Orange skins mixed with brandy an Ferrand cognac.
Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao has aromas of orange blossoms combined with candied orange peel, toasted wood notes and reminiscent of aged cognac.
On the palate, you can notice the bittersweet orange enriched with notes of candied orange with a touch of hazelnut, bitter almonds and marzipan.
