We present a project that has been simmering. Many months of testing combining mushrooms and vegetables to achieve the perfect combination.

In fact, it's a vegan sauce that doesn't need to add cream or butter to thicken well, but in just a few minutes, it's done in the pan and transformed into a cream full of umami and nutrients.

Each sachet of recyclable material contains organic pink mushrooms, gray mushrooms, thistle and mushroom. We have also added tomato, onion and beet which gives it a special touch. And, finally, a few grams of tapioca that add no gluten but texture
All we have to do is add a glass of water to the pan to make a wonderful sauce with our pink fungi sauce.
