It is made through a total of 3 distillations in a traditional way as a base to infuse the best strawberries from Huelva. In this way, the gin reduces its bitterness and becomes more pleasant to palates not accustomed to spirits with a prominent freshness and a sweet strawberry flavor.
First, it goes through a hydroselective tower over 30 meters high before being distilled in 19th century copper stills.
