DESCRIPTION

Pitted Manzanilla Green Olives - Traditional curing.

Manzanilla gets its name “little apple” due to its round spherical shape and it is the most typical green olive in Spanish gastronomy.

Manzanilla is high in oil content making it very pleasant on the palate as well as containing all the nutritional elements of top-quality olive oil.  It also favours digestion due to its low content in saturated fat.

Our Manzanilla olives have a texture and a fine delicate flavour thanks to the mild brine (low-salt) that “Losada” family uses to allow the true olive flavour to come through.

Aceitunas Losada is a small family company founded back in 1961 in the rural area of Carmona (Seville). From growing their own olive trees to carefully handpicking, selecting and brining the olives, the Losada family follows traditional methods to ensure the best quality in their production.

These olives are usually enjoyed on their own or can be used in your favourite vermouth.

We recommend serving them chilled or at room temperature according to your taste.
