The Plantation Pineapple Rum is a rum created by Alexandre Gabriel, the cellar master of Plantation and David Wondrich. It is a tribute to the esteemed Reverend Stiggins, whose favorite drink was the"pineapple rum" in Charles Dickens' Pickwick Papers.
