Pochas (white beans) with cabbage. The packaged pochas account for approximately 60% of the weight and the cabbage for 40%. It declares a net weight of 660 grams and a drained weight of 400 grams. The pochas you will find are buttery, with a very soft texture, but without skins or broken pieces. The cabbage is fresh and of premium quality. You are buying a premium product, to which you only need to add a seasoning, as we only package it with water. Therefore, we suggest that you sauté onions and garlic in olive oil, without browning, and pour it over the pochas with cabbage (previously drained of water and heated).
