The Ahumado de Pria is made with cow's milk and sheep's cream which gives it a splendid flavor and a very characteristic texture. It is an artisan cheese that is matured in a humid environment and after 30-40 days it is brushed to clean the mold that will have developed and smoked with oak and beech wood. It is smooth on the palate, creamy, with an elastic texture and a very pleasant smoky touch. It is widely used in cooking thanks to the ease with which it melts
