Protos 9 months has been made with 100% Tinta del País grapes from vineyards framed within the certification in organic agriculture, located in the town of Roa de Duero in Burgos.

It has aged for 9 months in new barrels and one-year-old French oak barrels to undergo its aging process, placing it close to the "crianza" category.

Perfect to pair with roasted meats, cold cuts, light stews, or young cheeses.
