PSI is a red wine from Ribera del Duero made 100% with fine ink in the PRESTIGIOUS Bodega Dominio de Pingus, directed by the well-known agronomist and winemaker Peter Sisseck.
It is aged for 18 months in non-new French oak barrels, from the great Pingus wines and Pingus flower. The barrel only helps to refine this wine and is not a predominant element.
PSI is not filtered or clarified, it is elaborated from a meticulous and artisanal process, that allows to obtain a wine of an exceptional quality.
In Vista is intense red color, with violet edges. High layer and fine tear.
On the nose there are aromas of forest fruits and red fruits. Soft notes of vanilla and very subtle spices from the cask.
In Boca PSI stands out a lot of red fruits.
In conclusion, it is an intense and juicy wine. Lots of red fruit like strawberries and raspberries.
