The PURESparkling Rosé WineThe Winery is a sparkling rosé wineZero Sugar with10.5% alcohol that is made from Pinot Noir, Pinot and Chardonnay grape varieties.
Production area: Vineyards located in Piedmont, Northern Italy.
The grapes are cared for throughout the year so that in the harvest we find the balance between ripeness and acidity. After the grapes are harvested and the best ones are selected, the must is extracted. A small part of the must will be cleaned and placed in tanks at 0 degrees. The remaining part starts a slow fermentation process with controlled temperature to obtain a smooth wine.
During the second phase the wine is placed in pressurized tanks, the must that was initially separated is added, red wine from the barrels is also added, and thanks to special yeasts, the second fermentation is activated. After this process the wine reaches its olfactory richness, the sugar is converted into alcohol leaving a smooth taste in the mouth. The residual sugar disappears.

Serve at temperature: between 4 and 6 degrees.
