The Ratafía of the Carboners reveals the experiment of Marc Subirà to combine smoke with ratafía. Paying homage to Catalan charcoal makers, the addition of a subtle smoky flavor and the memory of embers transport us back to the time of charcoal makers. A profession that no longer exists, where hot coal and embers were very present. They are also present in this atypical ratafía.
