Visual: It has a beautiful pale pink color with salmon reflections. The bubbles are fine and persistent, forming a delicate rosary in the glass.

Aroma: On the nose, it offers a complex and attractive aromatic range where notes of fresh red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and cherry predominate, complemented by subtle citrus touches of grapefruit and lemon. Floral nuances and a slight bakery note are also perceived, the result of its aging on lees.

Taste: In the mouth, the Raventós de Nit 2021 is fresh and vibrant, with a well-balanced acidity that highlights its fruity flavors.
