Ingredients:Cooking water, tomato 15%* red lentil 10%*, onion*, carrot*, potato*, olive oil 2%*, quinoa 2%*. coconut milk (coconut extract, water)*, salt, garlic*, linseed oil 0.6%* corn starch, paprika, cumin, ginger, white pepper, mint, acidity regulator: ascorbic acid. How to use:

Shake before opening. Serve chilled or heat in pot or microwaveable container.
