Breeding
This Finca Valdelagua Red Wine is aged for 12 months in new oak barrels.
Making
To make this red wine they carried out the selection of the best bunches of the varieties in the vineyard and taking care that they are harvested in the coolest hours of the day. Once in the winery, they undergo a controlled fermentation process at temperatures between 25 to 28 degrees and then maceration for 16 days.
