The Familia Oliveda Brut Nature Reserva is a harmonious, refined, and elegant cava, as demonstrated by the international awards it has received, including the "International Wine & Spirit Competition" held in London.

Visually, its color is straw yellow with delicate golden hues and a very fine bubble that forms multiple rosaries. On the nose, it is refined, with light toasty notes from its careful aging. On the palate, it surprises with the perfect balance between freshness and smoothness, with a refined finish highlighting hints of fine herbs and nuts.

It is delightful to pair with select appetizers, fine cured meats, low-sweetness desserts, and all kinds of Mediterranean dishes, served at a recommended temperature between 4°C and 8°C.
