The White Wine PUREThe Winery is a Zero Sugar white wine with 10.5% alcoholthat is made from the Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties.
Production area: Vineyards located in Piedmont, Northern Italy.
The grapes are cared for throughout the year so that in the harvest we find the balance between ripeness and acidity. After harvesting and selection of those in the best condition, the must is extracted.
During fermentation, special yeasts are added to ensure that the residual sugar disappears. After fermentation, the yeasts remain in contact with the wine to give it a soft and pleasant touch.

Serve at temperature: between 4 and 6 degrees
