San Cobate Red Wine from Bodegas San Cobate, belongs to the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin (D.O.) and is made with the 100% Tinto Fino grape variety.

San Cobate is a estate located in the municipality of Gumiel de Mercado with unique characteristics due to the layout of its 80 hectares of vineyards settled in soils of wide and diverse edaphological peculiarity, surrounded by scrubland, holm oaks and aromatic plants at an altitude ranging from 830 meters to 900 meters. The project aims to produce wines that respect to the maximum the personality that our various soils impart, the climate of each vintage and the character of the Tempranillo variety, and based on that premise identify the different plots that, due to the singularity of their soils and exposure, allow us to produce wines from each of them.
