Malolactic fermentation in tank without adding bacteria. Aging was carried out for ten months in French oak barrels of different uses and sizes, depending on each plot. Blend in tank until bottling without clarifying or filtering. Bottling date: February 2015. Serving temperature: 15-17 ºC. Tasting note: Very fresh and aromatic Senda 2012. It faithfully represents the spirit of the Garnacha terroir of Las Moradas. Cherry color.
