The Solar de Líbano Reserva Red Wine belongs to the Vineyards and Wineries Castillo de Sajazarra with a Rioja Designation of Origin.
This reserve red wine is made with 98% Tempranillo and 2% Graciano and Garnacha. It matures for 2 years in new American oak barrels the first year and 4-year-old barrels the second year. After 3 months of rest in a wooden tank, it is transferred to the cellar, where it remains for a minimum of 12 months before being commercialized. The Solar de Líbano Reserva Red Wine has a classic, traditional, very Rioja style, with oak predominating over fruit and a long, sweet finish.
It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 16°C and 18°C.
