Remírez de Ganuza Blanco is a wine made with 80% Viura, 20% Malvasía, and White Garnacha.
The Remírez de Ganuza winery, led by its founder Fernando Remírez de Ganuza, seeks constant innovation and the application of new techniques to improve the quality in wine production.
Remírez de Ganuza Blanco is manually harvested in 12-kilogram crates. The grapes are placed in a refrigerated chamber (4º-6ºC), selected on tables, and processed with the flower must extracted through a rotor tank.
The wine has been aged on its lees for 9 months in new 225-liter barrels. Batonnage is practiced to achieve greater complexity through the rotation of the barrels.
Remírez de Ganuza Blanco is ideal for accompanying seafood. It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 9 and 12ºC.
