Production and Aging

Casal de Armán Blanco 2021 is made with 90% Treixadura, 5% Godello, and 5% Albariño varieties. Vineyard selection. Pre-fermentation cold maceration of whole grapes. Pneumatic pressing with must separation. Static settling.

Controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel. Aging in tanks for 9 months.

Tasting Notes for Casal de Armán Blanco 2021

• Appearance: Casal de Armán Blanco has a straw yellow color, very bright, with greenish reflections and glyceric consistency.
• Nose: Medium intensity aromas of hay, white flowers, fennel, ripe stone fruits, lychees, hints of peach, balsamic notes, and spring water.
• Palate: Tasty, fresh, unctuous, and structured. Sweet with sensations of exotic fruit, grapefruit, fresh herbs, menthol, and perfectly integrated acidity with a long and savory finish.
