Elaboration and aging

Ramón do Casar Treixadura 2021 is made with Treixadura grapes, which are harvested manually and go through a selection table once in the winery. Cold maceration is carried out and the subsequent fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

• Appearance: Ramón do Casar Treixadura has a straw yellow color, clean and bright.
• Nose: It has a high-intensity aroma with citrus and herbal notes, as well as floral hints.
• Palate: It is aromatic and very persistent on the palate.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 8ºC.
