Rivalia Crianza
Varieties
Made with Tempranillo and Garnacha grapes
Elaboration
The harvest was done manually in mid-October, from our best vineyards. It undergoes a long fermentation - maceration to extract all its potential, after which it rests for 12 months in mixed barrels, made of American and French oak. Finally, it rests for another 6 months in the bottle before going to market.
Tasting notes
It is a wine of medium layer, garnet color. Clean, bright, and with dense tears.
It is a wine of great aromatic intensity, in which ripe red fruits predominate perfectly blended with the aromas of oak aging: toasted notes, licorice, caramel, or coffee.
In the mouth, it is a very balanced wine, fresh, with round tannins, great persistence, and perfect harmony of flavors.
Consumption temperature
It is recommended to consume between 14 and 18°C
