Roda I Reserva Wine

Elaboration and Aging

Roda I Reserva is made, practically entirely, with Tempranillo, 97%, with the remaining 3% corresponding to the Graciano variety, which brings freshness. As in all its vintages, the grapes come from vineyards that approach the profile of ripe fruit. The wine, when it reaches the market, will have spent at least 36 months between barrel and bottle, depending on the year, and with great aging potential.

Tasting Note for Roda I Reserva

• Appearance: Roda I Reserva presents a dark red color, typical of plum.
• Nose: It is an explosion of ripe black fruit with a touch of cherry. The wood is barely perceptible although it is present and always sweet.
• Palate: The entry on the palate confirms everything anticipated on the nose. It is a full-bodied wine, with extraordinary tannins, and an elegant and exquisite finish.

Pairing

Roda I Reserva is ideal to accompany red meats, game, roasts, and aged cheeses. It is recommended to decant before consuming and serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
