Rodriguez & Sanzo Gotas de Noche 2019

Rodriguez & Sanzo Barrica de Whisky is a rosé wine made with Tempranillo and Garnacha from the D.O. Toro.

This rosé comes from the bleeding of the grapes. The musts from the bleeding are taken directly to 225L barrels of second year so we have a fantastic range and variety of wines to design the final blend.

The resulting wine, once the final proportion of each wine has been decided, ferments in barrels where it will remain for 3 months with periodic stirring of the lees to avoid oxidation.

Bright cherry red color with purple iridescence and aromas of raspberry, blackberry and pastry announce the fantastic impression on the palate: wild fruits on a background of vanilla, nuts and spices. Very oily and powerful. Long and persistent.
