The Ortín family took their first steps in business in 1986 by opening a supermarket in the town of Ejulve, in the Teruel Maestrazgo. Four years later, they began with pig farming, creating a farm that currently has more than 8,000 animals in its facilities.
The facilities are equipped with the latest market technologies to ensure animal welfare and a comfortable stay, including radiant heating, temperature control, feeding control, cleaning, and attention from the farmers who check each animal one by one to ensure their good condition. All of this is reflected in the meat of the animal, from which their prized products are made, being able to control the entire process from raw material to the final contact with the customer.
