The Almarina white wine from Dehesa El Carrascal with protected geographical indication Tierra de Castilla is made with 50% Verdejo and 50% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from vineyards located between 800 and 900 m altitude.
Its vinification includes pre-fermentative cold maceration with dry ice, controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and light aging on lees without the use of barrels, maintaining freshness and young varietal characteristics.
