The Almarina white wine from Dehesa El Carrascal with protected geographical indication Tierra de Castilla is made with 50% Verdejo and 50% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from vineyards located between 800 and 900 m altitude.

Its vinification includes pre-fermentative cold maceration with dry ice, controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and light aging on lees without the use of barrels, maintaining freshness and young varietal characteristics. It has a greenish-yellow color, intense varietal aromas with citrus and tropical notes, and in the mouth it is acidic, refreshing, balanced, and sparkling, with a soft and light finish.

Ideal for young and new consumers, it is a light and aromatic wine, perfect to pair with tapas, seafood, fish, vegetables, fruits, and desserts.

It is recommended to serve very cold, between 8 and 10 °C.
