Churrusquiña sardines are tiny, silver and with dazzling skin. Their taste is clean and intense, typical of blue fish. They are handmade, cleaned and eviscerated one by one to avoid breakage and not to spoil the appearance of the sardine. Afterwards, they are toasted and once cold, they are hand-packed to achieve a perfect placement in the can.
