CÁRNICAS ORTÍN
The Ortín family took its first business steps in 1986 by opening a supermarket in the town of Ejulve, in the Maestrazgo region of Teruel. Four years later they started with pig farms, creating a farm that currently has more than 8,000 pigs in its facilities
The facilities are equipped with the latest technologies on the market to ensure animal welfare and a proper and comfortable stay, radial heating, temperature control, feed control, cleanliness and care by farmers who check one by one all the animals to check their good condition. All this is transmitted in the meat of the animal, from which then come out their prized products, being able to control the entire process from the raw material to the final contact with the customer
Cárnicas Ortín is the first Aragonese company to hold the C for Food Quality, a distinction that shows the good work of a family business that began in 1986 with the opening of a supermarket and that, four years later, began its journey in the world of pig farms
