To the eye it has an intense purple color, with violet tones. On the nose it is a fresh wine, with a well-marked aromatic intensity, aromas of red fruit, wild flowers, cherries, currants, herbaceous notes, pepper spices and licorice. The palate is light and very pleasant, with refreshing acidity and a long finish. Moderate alcohol and well balanced.
Veruso is a wine indicated to accompany pasta dishes, grilled meats, stews, cold meats, cheeses and rice dishes. Suitable for Mediterranean cuisine.
The Cencibel grapes are directly pressed and the must is fermented together with the whole mass of grapes and after malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for 4 months. The wine is bottled with a minimum sulfur content
