Sela is made with Tempranillo, Graciano, and Garnacha grapes. Despite being the most basic wine from the winery, it seems to us to be a well-structured, tasty, fresh, and very fruity wine. A very pleasant and enjoyable wine.
Bodegas Roda was founded in 1987, in a vineyard overlooking the Ebro River in the Estación de Haro neighborhood. Since then, they have been producing wines of the highest quality.
Sela is cultivated using sustainable viticulture in bush vineyards aged 15 to 30 years. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in French oak vats.
Aging is done in semi-new barrels, 100% French oak. 12 months in barrels.
Sela is ideal to accompany roasts, roasted lamb, stews, sheep cheese, grilled meats, and cured sausages.
It is recommended to consume at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
