Anahí is made from the varieties Malvasía, Tempranillo Blanco, and Sauvignon Blanc. This wine is made without aging.

Tasting note of Anahí

• Appearance: Anahí has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
• Nose: Fruity aromas of peach and pineapple, sweet and refreshing.
• Palate: Fresh, pleasant, and with a balanced finish.

Pairing

Anahí is ideal to accompany foie gras, desserts, and chocolate.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature between 6-8ºC.
