Seventy One gin is meticulously composed using techniques from the art of perfumery, the science of distillation and the craft of blending, balancing the classic with the contemporary, to create a distinctive taste. Historically reserved for the world of fragrance, only the finest cut of highly concentrated natural extracts are selected, according to the rarity of each botanical selected, to create a unique blend.

Once the botanicals are combined, the seventy one gin rests for 71 nights in a blend of specially selected oak casks. This allows the spirit to marry gently, refining the natural edges and peaks, the result is an exceptionally complex and smooth gin.

Each cask has been selected to bring its own characteristic to the final spirit; the medium toasted European oak contributes warm notes of vanilla, almond and wood smoke, the ex-pedro ximenez sherry cask, a blend of European and American oak, brings sweetly aromatic notes of spice, with hints of sultana and dark chocolate and finally, the cognac casks add deep, rich characteristics, accented by notes of pear, acacia honey and vanilla. After resting, the casks are carefully blended to maintain a consistent and harmonious chord.
