Manchego lamb is a high quality meat, highly appreciated by those who love Manchego lamb. It comes from the exclusive Manchego breed of sheep and is slaughtered between 60 and 90 days of age. Its weight should be between 10 and 15 kilograms. The lamb is selected one by one to guarantee the quality of the product.
