The Submarine Cava CV02 Rosé is an exceptional sparkling wine, made from certified organic Trepat vineyards. This cava employs a pioneering technique for pest and disease control: treatment with Ozone. The harvest is done manually in 20 kg boxes to preserve the integrity of the grapes.

In the winery, the grapes go through a manual selection table. After destemming, a short pre-fermentative maceration is carried out for a greater tannic contribution. Then, a pneumatic press is used and the first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.

The second fermentation begins in the bottle, while a barrel of the base wine is kept for the same period as the aging. After 26 months of aging, a manual disgorging is carried out. The expedition liqueur used is the base wine that has also aged in second-use French oak.
