This is a wine that presents all the characteristics of true Rosé de Provence, where the varietal expression of the grapes used has been maximized. The result is an attractive, elegant wine with a lot of personality, just like Rita Hayworth, the famous and glamorous American actress it is inspired by.
Elaboration: The grapes are harvested using traditional viticulture techniques and manual harvesting in the vineyards of the winery located in Provence. Vinification is carried out using destemming, maceration, and fermentation on lees in stainless steel tanks.
