Sight: 'Atractivo rosa pálido con ligeros toques fucsia.'

The Rita Habla Rosé Wine from Bodegas Habla, presents us with this rosé wine with Denomination of Origin A.O.C. Côte de Provence, made from the grape varieties Garnacha and Syrah.
This is a wine that presents all the characteristics of true Rosé de Provence, where the varietal expression of the grapes used has been maximized. The result is an attractive, elegant wine with a lot of personality, just like Rita Hayworth, the famous and glamorous American actress it is inspired by.
Elaboration: The grapes are harvested using traditional viticulture techniques and manual harvesting in the vineyards of the winery located in Provence. Vinification is carried out using destemming, maceration, and fermentation on lees in stainless steel tanks.
It is recommended to serve this wine at a temperature between 10 and 12°C.
The “Appellation d'origine contrôlée” (controlled designation of origin) Côtes de Provence is a large non-contiguous wine region covering more than 85 communes in the eastern region of Provence. The boundaries of the region extend from the alpine hills near Draguignan to the coast of Saint-Tropez.
The region accounts for almost 75% of all wine production in Provence, with rosé representing around 90% of the production. The main grape varieties are Carignan, Cinsaut, Grenache (Garnacha), Mourvèdre, and Tibouren, with an increase in the use of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah.
The best rosés in the world are produced in Provence and can be classified according to various profiles: some offer a fresh, deliciously fruity and thirst-quenching character, while others seduce with their strong character, expressing a single grape variety.
