Red Wine Tagonius Crianza
Red Wine Tagonius Crianza, made from a blend of Syrah (45%), Cabernet Sauvignon (25%), Tempranillo (20%) and Merlot (10%). Elaboraddo by Bodegas Tagonius, founded in 200 by the powerful Foxá Business Group, with the aim of wanting to diversify business and delve into the world of gastronomy. The winery is located within the subzone of Arganda del Rey, has the Designation of Origin of Wines of Madrid. Cold pre-fermentation maceration, temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and post-fermentation maceration between 5-12 days. The Tagonius Crianza Red Wine is aged for 11-14 months in American (40%) and French (60%) oak barrels and once in bottle it undergoes a refinement process for at least 12 months in our cellar.
We recommend serving at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
