The red wine Dais Hill is a wine of the denomination of Origin Alicante elaborated by Bodegas Volver.
It is a wine elaborated 100% with Grape Monastrell autochthonous of the area of Alicante, coming from the vineyards of between 40 and 75 years of age that grow under a continental climate with Mediterranean influences and have very low yields, all of them scattered through the Sierra de la Sima in the heart of Alicante. Cultivated in "Vaso" system in natural conditions (almost organic), without irrigation.
Platform Hill is ruby red color. It smells of red fruits and blackberries, with a subtle background of grass and floral qualities. It has firm and centered flavors of black fruits. The end repeats the notes of blackberries, leaving traces energetic qualitative of pepper. Long, persistent finish.
