This is a blend of Arabica coffee from Peru and Ethiopia and Robusta from Congo. It results in a coffee with a sensory profile of dark chocolate, cocoa, and burnt sugar "caramel flan". Intense and full-bodied bitterness, with a persistent and prolonged aftertaste. Good for recipes with milk.
