Since the arrival of the Phoenicians to the Region of Murcia, the cultivation of vineyards has existed. Native grapes and others brought from France have evolved over the centuries and their cultivation has been passed down from generation to generation to become a legacy. The limestone, clayey and very poor soils, combined with the extreme climate of the area and dry farming, added value to this feat, resulting in very low yields and high concentrations, which give rise to extraordinary wines.
