La Pizca is a red wine from the D.O. Toro, made by the Galindo San Millán winery with 100% Tinta de Toro grapes. The grapes come from a 6-hectare organic vineyard, with vines between 14 and 118 years old.
After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels, where it ages for approximately 14 months.
This process gives it a remarkable complexity and structure, making it ideal to pair with red meats, roasts, and aged cheeses.
