  • PDO/PGI: Calchaquíes Valleys, Salta, Argentina
  • Aging type: Aging (8 months in first and second use French oak barrels)
  • Alcohol content: 14.5% vol

  • Visual phase: Dark scarlet color with purple hues.
  • Olfactory phase: Characteristic spicy aromas.
  • Gustatory phase: Mature tannins and full body with a lot of character. Elegant with a long finish. Excellent structure. Very complex palate with mature tannins and a velvety texture.
